Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

Activities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demand.
• Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any problems that may arise.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained and functioning properly to avoid downtime and production delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

Requirements

• University degree engineer, production or related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
• Domain IATF 16949, ISOs 9000
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent English spoken, written and reading (Level C1).
• Experience with Costumers GM - Stellanits - Tesla
