Production Line Coordinator - Manufacturing

Activities

• Manage the production budget and stay within its limits.
• Inform cast members of call times and any schedule changes.
• Organize catering for shoots and contact necessary vendors to ensure food availability.
• Oversee cleanliness of set, facilities and general preparation for shoots.
• Collaborate with various staff members to ensure that security, janitors and technicians are on set and performing their duties as assigned.
• Answer and correspond to phone calls and other mail.
• Order inventory as needed to stock up.
• Direct production assistants and assign daily duties.
• Coordinate and plan daily production activities with management.
• Oversee and manage production schedules.
• Provide administrative assistance when necessary.
• Prepare and review internal website documentation for management and production staff.

Requirements

• University degree & MBA engineer, production or related field
• 8 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
• Domain IATF 16949.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established objectives.
• Supervise production personnel, ensuring proper training and performance.
• Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Experience with Costumers GM - Stellanits - Tesla
• Fluent in English written and reading (Level C1)
